North San Juan Voters Approve County Service Area For Fire Suppression, Grass Valley's Measure B Lawsuit Dismissed
On Tuesday, 57% of NSJ voters approved forming a County Service Area to create a funding mechanism for maintenance of a fire suppression system in the town's commercial core.
In Grass Valley, Patti Ingram-Spencer vs. City of Grass Valley and Natalie Adona, Nevada County Registrar of Voters was dismissed with prejudice. According a press release from Nevada County Elections, the matter is resolved and may not be put before the court again.\xa0
