Man Accused Of Starting Park Fire Pleads Not Guilty
According to Chico\u2019s Enterprise-Record, Ronnie Dean Stout II, the man accused of starting the Park Fire just over a month ago, plead "not guilty\u201d to a charge of \u201cwillful and malicious arson\u201d during his arraignment on Thursday in Butte County Superior Court.
