Chico Man Arrested On Suspicion Of Arson In Connection with The Park Fire
\xa0Butte County District Attorney Mike Ramsey announced the arrest came after an unknown male was seen pushing a car on fire into a gully in upper Bidwell Park east of Chico shortly before 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, the day the fire started.
