\nMeyer says most farm equipment crashes and fatalities are distraction-related.
\nOfficials say that operators of heavy farm equipment also share in helping to maintain safe roads. Farmers are asked to double-check to make sure that all lighting is visible and working properly, display the proper slow-moving vehicle signs on vehicles and trailers, and show courtesy to regular traffic sharing the roadway.
