Climate Responsibility
Who is ultimately responsible for global warming? Most often it\u2019s cast as a problem we\u2019ve all created equally, whether we\u2019re rich or poor. In recent years, some attention has been paid to the top 10% of the population, whose high consumption lifestyles \u2014 large houses, large vehicles, and frequent plane flights \u2014 generate disproportionately large amounts of carbon emissions.
