Plus, a 50-year tradition of counting bighorn sheep in Anza-Borrego was canceled after a volunteer died from the extreme heat. Also, people in eastern Colorado depend on a system of pumps to deliver water from the Colorado river, but this year there\u2019s less of it to go around.
