Alumia Institute is a non-profit organization founded on the research-supported belief that individuals can improve their cognitive function by doing activities that stimulate the brain and nourish the body. Each day Alumia members participate in art, music, fitness, and brain-training activities to promote healthy aging. Members gain new experiences and have fun in a structured environment, meet new people and interact socially with other members, and enjoy meals based on the MIND Diet. Listen as Dr. Kim Gorgens and Executive Director Chip Watson talk with Ed Greene about Alzheimers and Dementia and the unique breakthrough treatments that are proving successful at Alumia Institute.
