I hate knowing so much about these fuckin films.A barely-concealed reaction to the Yugoslavian War, and in particular the Bosnian Genocide, this movie shows the president making a speech in which he promises the US will involve itself at the first sign of humanitarian crisis, rather than waiting for international consensus.
