Fire crews have been watching a burned apartment complex in Pico Rivera to make sure a huge fire doesn\u2019t reignite. L-A County fire inspector Richard Licon (lee-CONE) says the roof collapsed and it was tough to put out hot spots last night.
Licon says a firefighter had to be treated for exhaustion and two people suffered smoke inhalation. They\u2019re still searching apartments to make sure all pets got out.
