Health workers and police are getting ready to clean up a homeless encampment at the Plaza of the Flags in Santa Ana. A notice says a no-camping law may be enforced tomorrow. Orange County spokeswoman Jen Nentwig says health workers are offering help.
About two hundred homeless people live around the Civic Center. Police say they won\u2019t force anyone to leave until they\u2019ve been given options for shelter or rehab.
