Paul Speck and Henry of Pelham's fabulous Canadian/Niagara wines

Published: June 12, 2019, 1:48 p.m.

Paul Speck is one of three brothers who run the highly successful Henry of Pelham winery on Canada's Niagara peninsula.

Henry of Pelham works with a number of mottos two of which tells us that their vineyards and wines are 'Tradition Reinvented' and 'Not Just Good Wine - Beautiful Wine'. Both are true!

This episode is a fabulous introduction not just to Henry of Pelham but also to the joys and quality of the entire Canadian wine industry. Currently Aer Lingus Business Class serves the Henry of Pelham Baco Noir - an extraordinary depth of rich, ripe bramble fruit and has recently served the Henry of Pelham Chardonnay -one of the very best examples of cool climate chardonnay's available. These are really great wines.

Grab an atlas. Settle back. Pour yourself a generous one and Enjoy.
