I've always been a great fan of the wines from Nautilus on New Zealand's South Island. They seem to be perfect every time!
For this episode we were privileged to be joined by Clive Weston of Nautilus Wines. Clive brought us to the heart of what makes this great family owned winery tick. Along the way we find vibrant, young to oaked and even aged Sauvignon Blanc wine styles.
Pinot Noir makes a graceful appearance. Chardonnay and others are introduced also. It's a fascinating story told with passion and integrity - just like the wines themselves.
