Petty crime or prison time?
This has again earned its tough-on-crime reputation and is it catching on in other states? A new law set to go into effect on Sept. 1 will make it a felony to steal letters, postcards, packages \u2013 essentially anything that\u2019s sealed \u2013 from in front of a home. Retail giant Amazon is a huge fan of the new law and will push for similar bills in other states. Could this be coming to Kentucky? ABC's Jim Ryan joins Tony with the details.
