Hardening Schools - A blueprint?
A year after eight students and two substitute teachers were shot to death at Santa Fe High School near Houston, the Texas Legislature is on the verge of passing a sweeping package of school-safety laws. The proposals that have gained the most traction would expand what's known as the marshal program, which allows districts to arm school personnel. Another would strengthen mental health initiatives in Texas schools. ABC's Jim Ryan takes a look with Joe Elliott.
