Cash strapped: Oklahoma sees green in pot sales.

The specter of a teacher exodus and the prospect of another classroom walkout were enough to convince Oklahoma voters to approve the sale of medical marijuana as a revenue-generator in 2018. Eight months after the new statute took effect, legal pot sales have climbed every month, but the financial windfall has come with some unsavory side effects. ABC's Jim Ryan breaks it down with Tony.
