Trope Drift: Star Trek

b"From K: Hi, I was wondering if, in honor of Sept 8th being Star Trek Day, you would consider devoting a podcast to your Trek fics (including your Evil Author Day snippet of Instinct - which I adore) and maybe do a Trope Drift about Trek fics in general. And maybe offer some good Trek fics to read, as I haven't been the luckiest in finding good fics in that fandom.Tangled Destinies is my number one comfort fic to read. Jim and Spock's gentleness with each other contrasted against the harshness of the events happening to them directly and around them is so wonderful to read. Their gentleness and their protection of each other makes the part where Jim is forced to experience Pon Farr without Spock so much more effective and heart wrenching. Is that kind of reaction something you planned from the beginning? Or was it an accidental byproduct of how you wrote Jim and Spock?Chatroom on my site:\\xa0http://keiramarcos.com/chat-room/Link:http://kyliselle.livejournal.com/4014.htmlhttp://kyliselle.livejournal.com/5392.htmlhttps://www.fanfiction.net/s/5344838/1/Atlashttp://archiveofourown.org/series/2522\\xa0http://archiveofourown.org/series/5176\\xa0https://archiveofourown.org/works/844797"
