Michael Suchman believes passionately in vegan food as activism. He is a certified vegan life coach and educator through the Main Street Vegan Academy. He is also a certified Food for Life instructor through the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Michael is a recovering lawyer (his words), having practiced in the field of corporate litigation for twelve years. He is also an accomplished photographer whose work can be seen in private collections in New York, Palm Beach, and Los Angeles.

Dr. Ethan J. Ciment is a board-certified podiatrist in private practice in New York City. He is the founder and director of The Chelsea Foot & Ankle Center where he treats the entire spectrum of foot and ankle medicine and surgery. When he is not practicing medicine and surgery, Ethan spends his time advocating on behalf of animals, and working to promote veganism. Ethan also serves on the Board of Directors of Woodstock Farm Sanctuary.

Michael and\\xa0 Ethan created the blog VeganMos.com where they share recipes for delicious homemade vegan food, cookbook and product reviews, and thoughts about LGBT equality and animal rights. In 2015, Vegan Mos was named one of the Top 10 male vegan blogs by Veg News magazine. In 2016, Vegan Mos was awarded a Veg News Bloggy award as one of the Top 21 vegan blogs to follow. And they released their cookbook NYC VEGAN: An Iconic Taste of The Big Apple in 2017.
