What Amy Coney Barrett's Confirmation Could Mean for the Supreme Court

Throughout Amy Coney Barrett’s career as a scholar and judge, she has taken a conservative stance on matters such as reproductive rights, gun laws, immigration and healthcare. Barrett’s election to the Supreme Court would create a 6 to 3 conservative majority. Republicans are rushing to confirm her position with just 28 days till the election, however the recent outbreak of coronavirus amongst white house officials could delay this process.
