Gas tax coming to Lake County
Lake County Illinois board members approved a 4-cent-per-gallon gas tax ready to start this July. The tax is expected to raise 8 to 11 million per year. The tax passed by a 14 to 7 vote. Diane Hewitt was the only Democrat that sided with Republican members and voted 'no' on the measure. She joins John to discuss the tax and why she voted no.
