Tulsi Gabbard\\xa0(born April 12, 1981) is an American politician,\\xa0United States Army Reserve\\xa0officer and political commentator who served as the\\xa0U.S. representative\\xa0for\\xa0Hawaii\'s 2nd congressional district\\xa0from 2013 to 2021.
