Peggy Smith: John Locke Foundation Shaftesbury Society luncheon

Dr. Peggy Smith's retirement from her role as principal of East Clayton Elementary School in 2007 allowed her to move from adjunct instructor to full-time professor of education, coordinating the Master of School Administration program at Campbell University. She is in her second four-year term as an elected, sitting member of the Johnston County Board of Education and a member of the Board of Directors of the Johnston County Education Foundation.
