About Elyse Karlin:

Elyse Zorn Karlin is the co-director of the Association for the Study of Jewelry and Related Arts (ASJRA) and publisher of Adornment, a magazine of jewelry and related arts. She also runs the Annual Conference on Jewelry and Related Arts in various locations throughout the U.S. and spearheads the annual Jewelry History Series in Miami, FL, which runs concurrently with The Original Miami Beach Antique Show.

Elyse has authored several books on Arts and Crafts jewelry and antique jewelry, including \\u201cJewelry and Metalwork in the Arts and Crafts Tradition.\\u201d Her most recent curatorial efforts include \\u201cMaker & Muse: Women and 20th Century Art Jewelry\\u201d at the Richard H. Driehaus Museum, Chicago, now traveling to a number of venues; an upcoming exhibition \\u201cOut of this World! Jewelry in the Space Age\\u201d which opens at the Tellus Science Museum in Cartersville, GA in November 2020.
