Lauren Marie Mikus, is a music supervisor and musician living in Los Angeles, California. A Texan by birth, Lauren honed her interest in music supervision working on Terrence Malick's The Tree of Life in Austin, Texas. She assumed the role of Music Supervisor for Mr. Malick's most recent films, To The Wonder and The Knight of Cups as well as the forthcoming project Weightless and Voyage of Time in addition to working on many other notable projects including A.J Edwards' The Better Angels, Jeremy Saulnier's Green Room, and Jeff Nichols' Loving.
She spends the rest of her time as the singer/guitarist in her band Gal Pals, also based in LA.
