When I first met Andy Kadin he seemed like a regular guy who worked in advertising. Soon though I could tell he was funny, smart and kind and we quickly became friends. When he told me he wanted to open an East Coast style sandwich shop I tried to offer any help or knowledge I had as a self taught chef. Years later the dude is running a fucking bread empire not far from where this episode was taped.
