Mack Rhoades IV was named Baylor University\u2019s Vice President and Director of Intercollegiate Athletics in 2016. Over his five years in Waco, Baylor has won 21 Big 12 titles and six national championships. Rhoades was selected as Sports Business Journal\u2019s 2021 Athletics Director of the Year, marking the second Athletics Director of the Year honor earned by Rhoades in as many years.
