b'Hey all,\\n\\nWelcome to the first episode of my workout sessions - "Workout Mix Vol.1"\\n\\nI\'ve been meaning to start a workout podcast for quite some time now and I thought I better get cracking so you\'ve all got something for your new years resolutions ;-)\\n\\nAway from my regular style this podcast, and all future episodes will feature some of the tougher & faster sounds I find that get me going in the gym - anything from EDM, Trance or Techno, 128BPM - 138 BPM - you\'re bound to hear it in here somewhere!\\n\\nI\'ve tried to keep the mix as close to 60 minutes as possible, not only as this tends to be the average workout time, but I\'ve had a lot of people ask me to make mixes which they can fit onto a CD.\\n\\nI\'m very interested to get your feedback so feel free to comment.
