Edanz is a scientific research support service that was established in japan in 1995 as an English editing company, and has since grown into so much more than that. They are committed to providing innovative solutions to challenges faced by the international research community, from individual researchers and clinicians to large institutions.

Tom has been with Edanz since 2009. He graduated from Oxford University with a degree in ancient languages and has been involved with academic publishing for over 15 years. Tom is responsible for designing how best to support researchers, clinicians and health care professionals in achieving their research goals through innovative services and activities. 

Scott McCleary specializes in online instructional design for lifelong learning. He has developed professional training programs for more than 40 organizations worldwide. Scott holds a master's degree in education from the University of Southern Queensland with a postgraduate certification in education technology. 

Gareth studied geology and biology at Bristol University and has a PhD in palaeontology. He worked as an academic for 15 years, transitioning to academic training and publishing in 2016. Gareth writes content and works with Scott designing training courses, webinars, and events for researchers around the world to help them write, communicate, and publish in English.
