Sabrina has been feeling slightly anxious these past few days because there was a full moon out and her body could not calm down. She kept reminding herself that the moon was out and about, peaking it\u2019s little head out, which meant there was a bit more psychic pressure generating around us than normal.\xa0

Sonia T. is actually sore from doing yoga, so she knows she\u2019s been out of balance and out of alignment for a while now. Sonia C. agrees. We just have to pay more special attention to the world around us and how they affect us. Empaths have enhanced senses for a reason!\xa0

Sonia C. realizes that she was getting overly sensitive to other people. Their vibrations were kind of throwing her off, which created an internal snowball effect. She deeply cares what other people are feeling, so if she isn\u2019t careful, their emotional turmoil can sweep her off her feet! So far, Sonia C. has been managing these vibes through taking a lot of mini breaks, showers, and mental reframing.\xa0
