The angry hangover can be so overwhelming for a loving sixth senser. You give, give, and give because you care about those around you, but suddenly, you find yourself stretched too thin, have over given, and get upset that everyone is crossing your boundaries. So what happens? You end up exploding to re-establish your boundaries once again\u2026.and then the cycle continues.

Intuitive empaths want to show up at the front of the line and make life feel good for everyone. There\u2019s nothing wrong with that, but it\u2019s also important to keep some balance and normalcy in your daily life. Put yourself first before tending to the needs of others. Go on your regular morning walk, do your meditation, take a break from the noisy household, whatever it is that you need to reset, breathe, so that you can come back energetically and serve the people you love the most.
