Sonia C. instead of this day being associated with partnership, make a new meaning out of it! Sonia C. declares this day as self-love day. The best way to attract love is to be loving to yourself. Sonia C. gives an example of a recent client call she had with someone who \u2018never\u2019 can hear her intuition. The follow-up question to that was, how often do you take care of yourself? Her client\u2019s response was, \u2018Never!\u2019 This is why! If you can\u2019t even hear yourself, you\u2019re not going to hear your guides screaming from the bleachers.\xa0

To become self-loving, you need to analyze your decisions. Didn\u2019t have breakfast today? Okay. Well, is that self-loving? It\u2019s not a one-size-fits-all approach, but if you know you should be doing things that would be loving to you, make that jump and do it! Just analyze it on an hour-to-hour basis and find all the reasons and excuses to be self-loving within that hour!
