Anyone else feel weird lately? It's been an entire year living in COVID-land and the collective exhaustion is REAL, fam. Not just as an actor, but as a human being. So let's have an honest chat about it. From being too tired to respond to texts, but simultaneously hoping all our friends don't forget about us...to having to maintain our energy to perform as actors...it's a lot to handle. I'm getting real and sharing a few things that help get me through.
