Since he was a teenager, William decided that he was curious about the greater wine world and moved up to Piedmont to study enology and viticulture. As soon as he graduated in 2013, he put his studies to the test by turning them into experiences. He did 11 total harvests around the world, returning in 2018 to dedicate himself to his family winery - Corzano e Paterno in Tuscany.
