Galway artist Niamh Regan has long been lauded as one of Ireland\\u2019s most promising folk talents.The Irish Times described her teenage demos as \\u201cbursting with potential\\u201d and at seventeen this precocious folksinger won a Paul Brady scholarship to study flute and guitar in the University of Limerick.
