Sam Bates is the founder and CEO of Bates Capital Group and co-founder and managing partner of Trinity Capital Group. Sam started his real estate journey in 2009 and has been directly involved in the acquisition, reposition, disposition, and asset management of over $100,000,000 in AUM. His portfolio currently has 749 units in Texas, Mississippi, and Georgia. Sam and his partners have roughly another 250 units in the pipeline to be developed.
