b'Ian Gibbs joins me with stories from his book, \'Victoria\'s Most Haunted: Ghost Stories from BC\'s Historic Capital City.\' Why might Victoria be so haunted and rich with strange activity? It is a truly beautiful place, with a dark past. Massacres, Native American battles and burials, accidental desecration on Deadman\'s Point which led to multiple deaths under strange circumstances, the Helmcken House, the Bard and Banker with a man who never got over a traumatic incident with a corpse, a "dark" Diocese\'s office, and the Delta Ocean Pointe Resort. Ian also shares a few of his own creepy encounters had over the years.
