The latest book from critically acclaimed writer Helen Oyeyemi, Parasol Against the Axe, is a novel set among the city of Prague\u2019s streets. It\u2019s often said that a city can feel like a character in a book but in a skilled feat of unconventional storytelling, Oyeyemi\u2019s tale uses the city as the literal narrator of its story.
