Coach Clayton and Clayton Smith discuss how athletic programs can mend the fences between Universities. They discuss some of the problems surrounding HBCU\u2019s in a matter-of-fact manner.
There is an interview with Dr. Calvert Smith, the former President of Morris Brown College and the older brother of Dr. Albert Smith, the former President of South Carolina State University and Edward Waters College. Dr. Smith is a candid personality who shares his innermost thoughts on the future of HBCU\u2019s and athletics. He doesn\u2019t feel that it is important for HBCU\u2019s to go Division I if it is not the mission of the University.
Dr. Smith also gives advice to the supporters of University\u2019s that have new Presidents in terms of how to successfully marry their vision and athletics.
