In the first hour, Bruce Levine and Matt Spiegel discussed the latest developments in the MLB labor negotiations between the owners and players regarding a return-to-play framework for the 2020 season. The guys pointed out that on a nice weekend in Chicago, it makes it harder than ever to not have baseball around.
