The Pioneer Park Coalition and homelessness
Scott Howell and Jim Bennett continue to tackle homelessness in Salt Lake City with Utah House Speaker Greg Hughes. Howell describes Hughes as the person who helped launch Operation Rio Grande, which sparked a movement for change to help the homeless in Utah.
