We should applaud people who choose not to bash their opponent and not give in to the lure of selective outrage. Tuesday Senator Mike Lee had an opportunity while on Fox News to call his democratic peers hypocrites, but he didn't take the bait and instead emphasized the need for mulligans and opportunities to talk issues out instead. Soon after, his message was misconstrued by the New York times as Lee saying Trump needed a mulligan, not an impeachment. Yesterday, The Federalist stood up for Lee’s choice to put charity over politics, and Boyd is here to support that choice. ‘Inside Sources with Boyd Matheson,’ Opinion Editor at Deseret News, takes you inside the latest political news and current events, providing higher ground for today's discussions.
