Colts GM Chris Ballard went through his pre-draft plans, saying the first shelf of the '22 NFL Draft is at #5 or #6. \xa0He also said the Colts are looking for a block first tight end, but they are hard to find. \xa0Also, Ballard did not say he "loves" T.Y.
