Today\u2019s episode is an amazing conversation I had with Ken Rideout while he was in town for the Boston Marathon. For those of you who know Ken will understand what I mean when I say, he might possibly be the most interesting man in the world.

As you\u2019ll hear Ken set an ambitious goal to run a sub-2:30 marathon in Boston, and to win the Masters category. While he missed this goal by a couple of minutes, as always he left it all on the course as you\u2019d expect.

He shares some intimate details about his life growing up in inner-city Boston, the journey he took into endurance sports and the challenges him and his wife had with fertility; Ken now has 4 kids and is in the process of adopting a 5th child.

This really was one of the most interesting conversations I\u2019ve ever had, some of the one-liners are incredible and the rest you\u2019ll have to hear for yourself.
