As more people move to New Brunswick, the pressure is on to build more housing. While some high rise projects are in the works, multi-story apartment buildings are not suitable for all neighbourhoods. The City of Moncton is exploring an approach called \u2018gentle density\u2019, increasing the number of housing units within established residential areas.
