A panel discussion with three of the people trying to help those who are cold and homeless during a pandemic winter. Joan Kingston is chair of the community action group on homelessness, Kate Rogers is a city councillor, and chair of the affordable housing committee, and Dr. Sara Davidson is a physician at Fredericton's downtown community health clinic.
