If you own a pet, you know the cost of veterinary care can add up.\tThe New Brunswick SPCA has launched a fund to support low-income pet families with improved access to veterinary care. It's called Happy Tails, and they're hoping it'll reduce the number of unwanted pets being surrendered to shelters.
