In New Brunswick there are thousands of public housing units, apartments, townhouses and homes, for those in need of a safe and affordable place to live. But in one public housing neighbourhood, Doone Street in Fredericton, concerns about a rise in racist incidents, and about the safety of residents, have been simmering for several years.
