Kathy Kelly is the co-founder of Voices for Creative Non-violence. She visited Afghanistan many times over the past decade and worked with peace activists there. Medea Benjamin is a co-founder of Code Pink Women for Peace. She also visited Afghanistan a number of times during the U.S. occupation.
