John Tarleton interviews Jose Saldana, Director of Release Aging People from Prison. RAPP is a group led by formerly incarcerated persons that is campaigning for the state legislature to back a package of proposed laws that would make it much easier for prisoners to obtain parole especially for those prisoners over the age of 50.
