Activists from Resist Spectra on trial for halting a construction of a fracked gas pipeline

We go over the upcoming trial of three activists from the group Resist Spectra that briefly halted construction of an Enbridge fracked gas pipeline through direct action in 2016. The three individuals who crawled into the pipeline will present the Necessity Defense claiming that their ‘illegal’ actions were necessary to prevent a greater harm. We talk to their lawyer, David Dorfman.
