But you'll also hear exactly how you can beat Zillow as an individual Realtor or Loan Officer at the local level. Zillow can't compete with a social media-dominating local expert Realtor or Loan Officer at the neighborhood level. So we discuss some specific ways you can beat Zillow locally.

Kevin also feels it's a huge mistake for real estate agents and mortgage lenders to not attend industry conferences. Not necessarily for the content of the conferences, which could be garbage if we're being honest. But instead for the networking and relationship building with other fellow Realtors and mortgage lenders. THAT is the value of going to an industry event. You never know if that fellow conference attendee that you met during a break will become your biggest referral source!
